Returns Policy
Return conditions for laboratory materials.
Important notice Materials are supplied for laboratory research and analytical use only. Due to handling and contamination control requirements, returns are subject to strict acceptance criteria.
Return eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must remain sealed, unused, and in original condition.
- All original packaging must be included.
Seal integrity
If the vial cap seal has been removed, pierced, opened, or otherwise compromised, the material is considered handled and cannot be accepted for return.
This policy exists to maintain storage integrity and prevent cross-contamination of laboratory materials.
Return procedure
- Contact support with order reference and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorisation before sending any items.
- Package items securely to prevent transit damage.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to have been supplied incorrectly.
Inspection and refund
- Returned items are inspected upon receipt.
- Refunds are issued only after condition verification.
- Items failing inspection criteria will not be refunded.
